Finally I'm back again on the net! Andrea and Gabriele are going home now....it was a cool time, but 11 days it's really lot of time, and I need relax - i really need it now! In this period I had also lot of courses. But we have enjoyed the night of Paris, we have been to the great Nine inch nails' show, and we have passed a really nice time with Diana. This little girl was a really surprise, I have known her so well and it's only 2 weeks that we know each other. Sometimes, you can't know a person in this way after years.... But now, I will talk about the concert - cause I will get the photos of the others day only the day after tomorrow.

The place, l'Olympia Hall de Paris, was really cool. It's a cult theathre, organised to welcome something like 3000-4000 crazy fans. The decoration of the set was amazing. We were me, Andrea and Diana, waiting without patience that the pathethic supporter band would have finished his unwatchable performance. After the shit band, an army of sound engineers enters in the scene, to set the sound. They disappear. And then...lights out! We hear the voice of Trent in the darkness and all the crowd get absolutely crazy!! When the wall of sound comes, the incredible lights show starts....so fucking cool! The start with one of the most heavy stuff, "Something damaged", and we start to make pogo from the first moment!! Then a really interesting choice of songs, mainly from Broken and The Downward spiral. Also something from With Teeth and Fragile, and the outtakes "Burn" and "Dead Souls", little treasure in the live arrangent. And they make also the first single from the new album Year Zero, "Survivalism" - AMAZING! The voice of Trent, wow....it's in the best moment of his story, now at 42 years! The new band is cool enough, mainly Aaron North (Guitar) and Alex Carapedis (Drums), a fucking drummer really powerful and precise. Trent seemed really inspired, some interpretations of his classics were so felt that he was quite near to cry, specially "Something I can never have" and "Hurt". Me and Diana (it's one of our favourite songs) we were near to cry too.... Other moments to remember "The day after tomorrow", "Eraser" and the last one, "Head like a hole", song with whom the concert ends, with our happiness! It wasn't long, only 1.40 hour, but the perfection of the performance, the sound, the arrangements, the coreography, was so impressive that we have forgiven the shortness to Trent. From the first second after the end, I started to think about London's appointment, the 7 march with Stefano. It's sure that we will destroy ourselves in that occasion!!! I put here two photos, one taken before our concert, the other taken two days before in Barcellona (the place and the aesthetic is really similar to our concert's one).
See you in London, Reznor.
